The rates are £375 per.week
6 nights....... £330 per.week
5 nights.......£275 per. week
4 nights.......£220 per. week

 (minimum of 3 days-£170) except during Christmas and New Year-£475(weekly lets only) Electricity included.

This is normally on a weekly basis,  Saturday to Saturday, although shorter and longer lets may be available upon request.

Bookings will be confirmed upon reciept of a £50 deposit, refundable within 7 days of your departure, as long as there is no damage or loss to the property, fixtures & fittings or inventory items. The full accommodation fee must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. However, where bookings are taken at short notice, the full rental and deposit can be paid by credit card at the time of booking
