TORMORE 7 BERTH LOG CHALET
This chalet has a spectacular setting on the lochside - probably the best
situation in the whole of the Spey Valley. This is our largest chalet built with solid
Douglas Fir logs, high open-timber ceiling and open plan living/dining/kitchen area,
common to all out log chalets. Sleeping accommodation comprises 1 double, 1 twin, 1 with
bunk beds and one loft bedroom. The fully equipped modern kitchen has hob, oven,
microwave, fridge and ample cupboard space. Extremely well furninshed with fitted carpets
and colour tv. Shower room with shower, wc and basin. Small porch and verandah. Metered
electric heating. Parking alongside chalet.
This chalet is specially adapted for wheelchair users and has ramp access to
the jetty for boating and fishing. The chalet has been awarded category 3 Access for
residents with mobility difficulties and has an STB 2 star award.
TAMNAVULIN 6 BERTH LOG CHALET
This chalet has the same log construction, high ceiling and open plan as
Tormore. The large picture window overlooks Loch Insh. Sleeping areas comprise 1 double, 1
twin and 1 with Bunk Beds. The kitchen is equipped with hob and separate Sharp Carousel II
microwave / dual cook / convection / grill / oven and Fridge. The bathroom has a bath with
shower, wc and basin. Small porch & verandah. Metered electric heating. Parking next
to chalet. 100m to beach. STB 2 star award.
CARDHU / CRAGGANMORE /
DALWHINNIE / GLENFARCLAS SEMI-DETACHED 5 BERTH LOG CHALETS
These superb buildings have the same style and construction as Tormore and
Tamnavulin. Cragganmore and Cardhu have large picture windows and overlook Loch Insh
whilst Dalwhinnie looks towards the forest. Glenfarclas has a log burning stove (logs
extra). Each chalet comprises 1 double, 1 twin and an extra bed on a balcony sleeping loft
(great for kids, but not for granny!) All are well furnished with fitted carpets and
colour tv. Modern open plan kitchen with hob, microwave, oven, fridge and ample cupboard
space. Shower room with shower, basin and wc. Small porch and verandah. Metered electric
heating. Parking space 20m. 100m to beach. STB 2 star award.
MACALLAN 4 BERTH TIMBER FRAME
CHALET
This chalet is not log built. However, it is made of wood and has
pine-lining through the living room. This cosy chalet has an open plan living room /
dining area / kitchen and is fully carpeted with comfortable furnishings and colour tv. It
has one bedroom with double bed and one with bunk beds. The small kitchen is fully
equipped with electric cooker and microwave, 2 hotplates, grill oven and fridge. Shower
room with shower, wc and basin. Small entrance area. Metered electric heating. Parking 25m
100m to beach.
