Terms & Conditions

Bookings are considered to be confirmed only on receipt of a £50 deposit.  Please note that deposits are non-refundable.  Failure to pay the balance of rent by the due date (6 weeks prior to commencement of let) may be considered as cancellation.  Breakages and losses should be reported prior to departure in order than an amicable agreement on compensation can be reached.

Completed booking forms should be signed and dated by party leader.

Payments

To avoid disappointment it is recommended that you telephone to check on availability of property you require before sending the deposit/booking form.  Telephone bookings will be held for 10 days only.

Alternatively complete the undernoted on-line enquiry form.  You will be sent a booking form, which you should return with the appropriate deposit (unless within 6 weeks prior to arrival where total amount due should be sent).

Cheques/Postal orders for Invereshie Cottages should be made payable to Kate Marsall.
