How to Find Us

Balcraggan House is situated on the B970, midway between Aviemore and Kingussie.

From the south:

Take the Kingussie/Kincraig turn-off on the A9.  Turn right on to the B9152 to Aviemore and, about 5 miles along this road, at the War Memorial in Kincraig, turn right into the village.   Continue on for one-and-a-half miles to the T junction at the B970, then turn left; Balcraggan House is half a mile further, on the right.

From the north:

Take the Kincraig turn-off, off the A9; turn right on to the B9152 to Kincraig road and after about 4 miles, turn left at the War Memorial in Kincraig and follow the directions above.

Glasgow airport:                  140 miles
Aberdeen airport:                  90 miles

Car hire available at above Airports.

Train Station at Kingussie and Aviemore; (taxi service is available at both these destinations)

Coach Station at Kingussie and Aviemore though City Link is direct to Kincraig .
