Loch Insh:  Permits available from May to September from Loch Insh Watersports.

River Feshie: 1300 yards on s/w bank, upstream from confluence with the Spey.  Permits available from Alvie Estate office or Dalraddy Holiday Park.

River Spey: North bank from downstream end of Eilean Dubh to the east end of the forestry plantation at Dalraddy Moor (east).   South bank - from Kincraig to confluence with the River Feshie.   Permits available from Alvie Estate office or Dalraddy Holiday Park.

ALVIE & DALRADDY ESTATE

Alvie & Dalraddy Estate total 13,000 acres (5261 hectares) of land stretching from the River Spey, northwest over the Monadhliath Mountains to the watershed between the Dulnain and Findhorn rivers. The Estate contains a wide variety of habitat from the lochside wetlands of Loch Insh and Loch Alvie at around 200 metres above sea level through 600 acres (240 hectares) of farmland, 2000 acres (800 hectares) of Scots Pine and Birch woodlands, the traditional home of the capercaillie and blackcock, up through heather clad grouse moors to the high moorland tops over 800 metres above sea level where the ptarmigan and blue hare survive.

Enjoy a few hours Clay Pigeon Shooting in beautiful Highland Countryside set in the heart of the Spey Valley, only four miles south of Aviemore.

Our Sporting Layout comprises traps for "Down the Line", Driven Grouse, "High Pheasant" and "Springing Teal". For the novice we provide instruction including the safe use of guns and for the expert, as much practice as they wish.
